Service Description

In our Clearlight Sauna with light therapy, about 20% of the heat is heating the air and the other 80% directly increases thermal energy in your body. The warming effect on your body temporarily stimulates your cardiovascular system, your immune system and your lymphatic system. Your bodies response to that is to sweat. Studies show that sweat from a traditional sauna contains about 5% toxins where sweat from your infrared sauna session contains about 20% toxins. The Infrared has even better results. The detoxifying and deep penetrating heat makes them very effective.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused class sessions. Once a class is booked and paid for, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. In the event that we need to cancel a class, participants will receive a full credit and will allow rescheduling. We will notify you if this happens. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their availability for the scheduled class time. Any requests for cancellation or rescheduling will not be accommodated and will be subject to our no refund or credit policy.
